Hi, Generally speaking cut down on high salt, high sugar & high fats. Limit all processed preserved, packaged & outside food. Oils are more or less same. Moderation is the key. A minimal amount of ghee is safe. Increase your physical activity. For personalised guidance & plan, kindly share your Bio details, medical history if any & your routine details.

Hope you find this helpful
