If not safe, then which fever tablet can i take Q2: Can i take zerodol p in place of dolo 650? Is it better than dolo 650. I do not have any pain, do not have any cough, cold is controlled. You can use dolo 650  every 6-8 hours ,not twice daily to relieve fever. paracetamol when used within the therapeutic dose, will not have cause any liver adverse effect. Zerodol p isa very good antipyretic . but as you are an asthmatic ,using NSAID like zerodol p may exacerbate the asthma

Dolo can be taken for fever, needs evaluation if it's not getting better day by day. Considering the risk factors, better consult at the earliest possible, to avoid unforeseen complications if any.
