Trapezius muscle

From past 2 months , I am facing an issue in Right lower trapezius and scapular region. I have taken lots of Physio sessions but still there is a pain. The ultrasound states - Diffusely thickened lower trapezius muscle. Please suggest what should I do.

Hello, This problem is very common nowadays. Just start working on your pectoral muscles(chest muscles) and shoulder muscles. Your trapezius muscle may get overused due to tightning of surrounding muscles ,so start working on surrounding muscles and joints.
