Dr my age is 28 i having a mouth ulcer in my toung may be 2 week gone but not healing i had putting zytee lotion in my mouth and taking azee 250 medicine also but not healing .

To solve the problem, cause of the problem needs to be found & eliminated So visit a dentist & explain him your problem, and history of the ulcer if you remember Gel can be applied for temporary relief

Hi sir.....    Mouth ulcer may be due to many cause.....It may be due to stress,vitamin deficiency,or due to irritation from any sharp tooth,burns from hot and spicy food ,sometimes gatric disturbance may also cause mouth ulcer...

Reason for ulcer should be known first. 1.If it is due to stress..it may be relieved by multi vitamin tablets n mouth washes. 2.If u hv any sharp cusp causing that ulcer..it should be smoothened. Check it out..

Apply hexigel or dologel on the ulcer 5-6 times a day. Avoid hot and spicy food. Add a vitamin bcomplex tablet to your diet. Wait for a week or so. If it does not heal please get it checked.

Apply kenacort gel on your ulcer 3to4times In a day and take vitamin B Complex capsule. Drink water more. Avoid spicy food.

ulcers can be due to many reasons,sharp teeth,stress,stomach disturbance etc. if not healing since 2 weeks,please visit ur nearest dentist
