My age is 28 years. Now i have Pain in teeth from last two night. Left side cheek. Like some tooth is coming.

Take Tab ketorol DT (6) Take 2 tabs at once by mixing in 1cup of of water and consume it. Do this whenever you have pain. Rinse your mouth with salt and warm water thrice daily.

For now take a painkiller like combiflam after meals. It could be wisdom tooth erupting or decay in one of the molars...get a tooth xray done to know the exact reason

For now take the medication prescribed. Rx Tab Augmentin 625mg BD Tab Diclomol BD Tab Pan 40 OD Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of very severe pain) Take all for 5 days Your wisdom tooth might be coming out and because of it you are having pain , the tooth might not come out because of less space or malaligned tooth So just observe it and in case it doesn't come out and trouble you just get it removed which is the permanent solution of your problem Till then maintain oral hygiene , don't let food stuck over the affected area use of betadiene mouth wash will help

Do not do Hot compression/balm/ointment application extra-orally on cheek region. Luke warm water salt gargle a few times per day, only if it's relieving the symptoms even partially. Avoid hard/sticky food. Soft diet. Do not neglect brushing twice daily after food. If difficulty in opening mouth/swallowing, 1.use spoon for food intake. 2.hold mouthful of Luke warm salt water for a minute(avoid salt if blood pressure is above normal limits).

Its possible that 3rd molar or the wisdom tooth is erupting. In some it does so in late 20s too. Though of course giving exact cause of pain is not possible without checking. Take a paracetamol for pain relief and visit a dentist for further evaluation
