hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity, you need to get it filled. if there is infection to root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.

The pain which you experience during eating or drinking something may be due to loss of enamel in that particular tooth which leads to tooth sensitivity or due to to presence of cavity in the tooth.Kindly get a radio-graph done.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist for clinical findings
