Toothache for the past few days

I have toothache for the past one week. Can you suggest any medicine to reduce it immediately. Tried otc medication which was not of much help

Take Tab.ketorol DT-10mg, twice daily for 3 days to relieve pain.if there is infection, antibiotics has to be taken. You can consult through this for prescription of medication with proper clinical history.
