Hello, bleeding could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. pain in tooth could be because of cavity or infection to roots. if it is because of cavity get it filled or if because of infection, get it treated. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. For pain management you can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day. After that, get it checked out by a dentist in person for further evaluation and management. Let him check the over all condition of the tooth and then he can suggest you further. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
