Dear Practo User, You have gingival (gum) swelling. Since you have not provided any medical or drug history, the pigmentation on your gums may simply be melanin (brown pigmentation), which is a normal occurrence. However, for a thorough assessment and accurate diagnosis, I recommend visiting a nearby periodontist for a complete evaluation of your oral health. If you need further guidance, you can also book an online consultation with me for a personalized assessment and treatment recommendations.
