My 2and last tooth in upper jaw is shaking and is breaking into pieces.. Tartar is entire formed in the teeth and spreading you other teeth. I have been asked to do tooth extraction. Is that the right recommendation. Looking for second opinion if any

If the tooth mobility is of higher intensity then you will have to get it removed . Moreover , you can go for an implant procedure following the extraction , but yes again it is your call . Hi If your tooth is severely damaged and has a limited tooth structure left ,then that's the only option,followed by implants or bridge.
