Tooth extraction
My 2and last tooth in upper jaw is shaking and is breaking into pieces.. Tartar is entire formed in the teeth and spreading you other teeth.
I have been asked to do tooth extraction. Is that the right recommendation. Looking for second opinion if any

As you mentioned about tartar, first get it cleaned by scaling . It will help the dentist to visualise your oral cavity more precisely . If the tooth mobility is of higher intensity then you will have to get it removed . Moreover , you can go for an implant procedure following the extraction , but yes again it is your call . Implants help you save your bone and replaces the missing tooth very amazingly.

If your tooth is severely damaged and has a limited tooth structure left ,then that's the only option,followed by implants or bridge.
