Tooth Ache 2nd Molar
I having a tooth ache, in my second molar, lower side. I used to have high sensitivity also, but after having home remedy, sensitivity is not a problem anymore. But after one month, from past two days, I am having constant pain, it is continuous pain from last 48 hours. Even slightly touch there, I can feel the pain. What could be the problem here. Please advice.

Pain is continous and severe , that means their is periapical infection due to caries . . U need to c dentist ,start with the antibiotics and painkillers as adviced by ur dentist , take an x ray and u may require RCt depending upon d extent of caries and periodontal condition .
