If you are experiencing dryness in your mouth along with ulcers you can use Coolora mouth wash( Benzydyamine Hydrochloride). It will give symptomatic relief. Also see a gum Specialist ( Periodontist) to check whether you have desquamative Gingival diseases which are more prone in females. Burning sensations are indicates that you have nutritional deficiencies. Kindly take multivitamin and mineral supplements as your food intake must have drastically reduced due to dryness and ulcers in your mouth.  Overall I would suggest you to visit a Periodontist.

Post menopause most of the women experience dry mouth and burning sensation of gums and tongue. Alteration/ lack of taste may also be present. Palliative solutions like sipping water at frequent intervals, chewing on sugar free gums will keep your mouth hydrated and reduce the severity of the problem. Applying local anesthesia gel before eating may be of little help. If the problem is very severe, HRT ( hormone replacement therapy) will be done under the guidance of a gynecologist.

I think you should consult a dentist.  Get a thorough oral cavity examination done following which attend to all the teeth that are decayed, broken, chipped etc.  Full mouth cleaning & polishing.  get rid of all the possible infection in gums or teeth thats present. meanwhile you can use Duestom gel

Helli there..... Dry mouth treatment will depend on what is causing the problem. If you think you have dry mouth, see your dentist or physician..... Avoid drinks with caffeine, such as coffee, tea, and some sodas. Caffeine can dry out the mouth....Sip water or a sugarless drink during meals. This will make chewing and swallowing easier. It may also improve the taste of food....
