TMJ PROBLEM
I want to know that, if we are suffering from tmj do we feel dizzyness, jaw click sounds when we eat

Yes u might feel it ,but if u are sure that u have TMJ related disorder then u should go for MRI of the joint in open and close mouth position .The MRI will show the exact condition of the joint space.

Dizziness is not related.
But, clicking sound is.
Soft diet. Use spoon while eating. Not to open mouth wide while eating, talking loudly, yawning, clenching teeth. Chew
food with both right and left sided teeth, don't chew by single sided teeth.
Make sure you don't have night grinding habit.

Dizziness is mainly not symptom of Tmj disorder. But clicking sound while eating is the main feature of TMJ disorder.

Dont open your mouth widely while talking, eating and yawning. Take soft and liquid diet. Avoid Hard, sticky and spicy food. You can do hot fermentation externally at the site of TMJ. Take a cloth and make it hot and apply externally at the site of TMJ. Do it for 3 to 4 times in a day Take Fkexon MR tablet if you are having pain. or otherwise You can take any muscle Relaxant. Do visit ur nearby dentist as soon as possible.

TMJ can be associated with dizziness and neck pain definitely.kindly check your triglycerides level. Take CBCT scan and get back.
