Please get your bite and both the joints thoroughly evaluated by a prosthodontist. You me need bite guards to deprogram your bite and correct the pain on the left side.
Hello there is some gap in the left side of jaw thatz why clicking sound is there no need to worry its not a serious issue

You need to get this issue examined by your dentist. Shift to soft diet for a month. Avoid opening your mouth wide. At this point surgery is not required, but if left unattended, it may lead to further complications.
