Covid RT PCR is necessary.. These are the symptoms of covid.. Take ORS one litre per day, cap. Darolac twice a day for 5 days. Get back with your report..

Tiredness, fever and diarrhea are signs of covid infection. Since you are 5 days post onset of symptoms, please do RTPCR or RAT (rapid antigen test)
Next Steps
isolate yourself follow covid protocol monitor oxygen saturation thrice a day.
