Tinea problem or something

I am attaching pics of my problem. I have had these rashes for 45 days. The doctor has given me iterconazole 200 mg and soap with eberconazole cream and bilashine 40 mg tab. I am also using anti fungal zocon powder as he suggested. It's been 19 days since I started using this medication I don't see any improvement. He said it's tinea corporis in receipt. I am worried it is ringworm or psoriasis or eczema. It occurred due to pre diabetic or any hiv early symptoms after exposure. How much time will it take to cure ?

Hello, Thank you for your query. • Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar. • Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously. • I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment. • An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results. You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. I would be happy to guide you further.

The lesions are clinically suggestive of tinea cruris/tinea corporis. Nineteen days of therapy may be insufficient for complete resolution, particularly in chronic cases. Continue treatment as prescribed, maintain good hygiene and keep the area dry.We will also consider screening for predisposing factors such as diabetes.
