Maybe u have a habit of holding your breath and clenching ur anus or private parts. Plz stop doing these things. Ur core muscles are weak. Train them especially ur gluteal muscles

Start posterior pelvic tilts. It needs to relax with it. If stiffness is along the left side, it is a downward migrated left pelvis, which loads the lower pelvic floor. My suggestion is to see a Manual physiotherapist trained in this.
