I follow intermittent fasting and my first meal is lunch. Is it ok to take thyronorm in the morning around 7 and have the first meal at 1 pm? I only drink tea or coffee in the morning

It is okay to have thyronorm even if u're following intermittent fasting everyday However recent studies suggest that skipping breakfast is leading to 15-30 percent rise in cardiac problems and risk of stroke . I suggest you to have breakfast everyday , u can skip dinner if u wish to continue intermittent fasting instead of breakfast which is a necessity.
