Thyroid - Thyronorm dosage

I was using thyronorm 25 mcg from last 2 years, recently 20 days back I given for lab test without taking morning dose it given 4.8 and yesterday I given for test with taking morning dose given 2.6. Shall I need to reduce the dosage now. Thanks, Mahesh
