It's too high. U r in low dose. U need 125mcg one before breakfast for two months. + add a calcium  as thyroxine  is calcium depleting agent so bones become  weak. Shalcal m500 one at night after dinner. For bodpain Hot bath Tab zerodol sp three times or sos after food.
