If you are going to gym then the protein requirement will be higher for you may be that's the reason your trainer is advising you to have more eggs but we even have other foods which are also good source of protein like All types of pulses (Soya,Rajma,Chana,Chole),Low fat paneer, Tofu,Soya milk, Almond milk, Lentil soups, Chicken/Fish(Weekly Twice).So try include all these foods instead of depending only on eggs for the protein. You can include 2 egg whites everyday and whole eggs you can have weekly twice.

Try to include all the seasonal fruits and vegetables which are natural source of vitamins and minerals
Keep your body hydrated with atleast 3-4 liters of water everyday
Can include coconut water atleast weekly twice
Include whole grains like Millets, Brown Rice,Whole Pulses, Quinoa.
Avoid processed packaged and junk foods like Chips, bakery products, biscuits,fast foods.
