Tetanus needed or not

Took tetanus vaccine or toxoid inj after an injury on 17th march 2023, i dont remember as i went to hospital and they gave me , do i need to take one now as i had a little cut on my finger. I dont remember from what i got the cut though . Please guide me. Dont ask for getting consultations as this is a basic query.
