1)If the fever and cough persist beyond 5 days...then you should be started on inhalational steroids 2) can take dolo650 thrice / four times daily...if not subsiding then will have to switch to naproxen 3)no role for Azithromycin...please avoid 4) monitor spo2 daily.....reading above 94 is acceptable 5)if fever or cough persist...then check for excertional desaturation.

Additionally  take tablet  ivermectin 12mg OD for 3dyz and tab monter-LC in the night for 3dyz Tab dolo 650mg twice a day for 3 or 5 dyz And vitamin tablets along with them As CT scan report is not there plz attach it also

CT score is the number of times the genetic material of virus has been multiplied to get a detectable level for diagnosis. The less the number the more severe the infection.
