Tested Covid 19 positive

I have tested covid positive today. From 4 days have fever (98 to 100). Cold and cough also. Taking Paracetamol 500g 3 time and azithromycin 250g 2 time and drinking cough syrup. Taking 3 time steam . Can I continue same course next 3 days ? I have attached covid positive report. Can u explain about CT score ?

1)If the fever and cough persist beyond 5 days...then you should be started on inhalational steroids 2) can take dolo650 thrice / four times daily...if not subsiding then will have to switch to naproxen 3)no role for Azithromycin...please avoid 4) monitor spo2 daily.....reading above 94 is acceptable 5)if fever or cough persist...then check for excertional desaturation.

If fever and cough persist.....then you need medical attention.....dont self treat.

Additionally  take tablet  ivermectin 12mg OD for 3dyz and tab monter-LC in the night for 3dyz Tab dolo 650mg twice a day for 3 or 5 dyz And vitamin tablets along with them As CT scan report is not there plz attach it also
