Vit D is low And report showing prediabetic condition. For vit d you have to take vit d suppliment And need to change your food habits and basic lifestyle.

Good morning, You are not diabetic, you should not start any medication, but you should always maintain your diet, no high sugar should be there in your diet. Your vitamin d levels are quite low, For that, you should take sachet calcitriol 60k with milk For 3 days continuously once a day, And after that once a week for 3 months

Your HBA1C is 5.7 ie not diabetic , You have deficiency of vitamin d .you need treatment with D-rise sachets 60000 iu once weekly for 15 weeks along with calcium supplement daily. If you are symptomatic injection form of vitamin d  could be considered. Exposure to sunlight for 20-30 minutes in the morning, Milk and other dairy products,eggs , oranges and codliver oil are rich sources of vitamin d.
