For painless anal bleeding, you should get the following tests to determine if it's piles, fissure, or fistula: Recommended Tests: Proctoscopy – To check internal hemorrhoids (piles) and their grade. Anoscopy – For detailed examination of anal canal issues. Sigmoidoscopy/Colonoscopy – If bleeding is severe or persistent. MRI Fistulogram – If fistula is suspected. Consult a proctologist for the right diagnosis and treatment.

Per rectal examination is required for the diagnosis. Most probably it may be due to internal piles. Stop taking spicy and hot food items. Take lot of water .keep your motion habits regular. Add banana and fibrous vegetables more in your diet. Take Triphala guggulu 2tablets thrice daily. And Chirabilwadi kashaya 20 ml twice daily with equal quantity of warm water
