What u are having is mottling of enamel. It is a condition caused by childhood diseases or deficiencies..  It can be easily solved by light cured laminates or porcelain laminates.  Empress laminates are very good in porcelain.  Other brands also are really nice.  We specialise in smile designing since 30 years.  Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care Centre. God bless u.

Problem is with your tooth enamel its not enough nor strong. You can protect them with full tooth coloured crowns on them. These will greatly enhance the looks as well.

Hi..This is a condition called fluorosis. .It seems that this is not the initial stage and has advanced. .In such a situation you should get composite(tooth) colored veneers(layering) on tooth done. . Or ceramic veneers. .If very brittle enamel then a full coverage of the tooth with crowns could be required. .rest will be decisive after clinical examination and investigation with X rays. .hope it will guide you

Dear Practo User, The condition you are suffering from is Fluorosis. It is a developmental defect caused due to intake of water with high content of fluoride during your developmental period. Teeth whitening is not an option in these kind of cases. You can go for other treatment options like veneering, crowns. I would suggest you to visit a dentist nearby and discuss about different treatment options available. Regards Arham Dental Care, Delhi

Hi, as your question is for whitening of tooth, Leme be very practical, things would actually become bad if u try to whiten your tooth. Tooth sensitivity would start then. Yours is a developmental defect as u r aware of ( since it was there from your childhood). This condition is fluorosis with surface disfigurement. But there is nothing to worry as there are multiple options to correct this. Your enamel is mottled. You can visit a cosmetic dentist in your locality and can plan out for complete esthetic makeover.
Next Steps
Best is to visit a dentist to plan for a cosmetic correction. The earlier will be better as waiting is no longer Gona make things better in any way.
Health Tips
The biggest word of caution is don't try anything by yourselves to remove your brown stains just by seeing internet.DIY( do it yourslelf ) is very risky. Don't try to scratch your tooth with any sharp objects as it would make the situation worser. Don't worry your current situation can completely be corrected. Visit a specialist soon

Enamel hypoplasia - it's a condition when u have weaker outer layer of tooth. It is to blame  your gene. There are nearly three types of hypoplasia, u need to visit a oral diagnostician (OMR) who will examine it to right kind. // The horizontal  yellow lines on your teeth are the second layer of the tooth(first layer is abraded) . Right away stop brushing in horizontal direction, brush in vertical direction (up -down) with an ultra soft bristle brush. // Avoid bleaching, it would make your tooth much more weaker, and might cause stinging sensation// The treatment for you would be to get crown (cap) Avoid biting on hard food. Take care.

Hello, It seems your problem is a developmental one where your teeth enamel is affected. Unfortunately there is no way to reverse the damage But there is a wide range of aesthetic treatment options available that you can select to drastically improve the appearance of your teeth. Options include veenering/laminates, aesthetic coatings, caps etc. You may contact a dental professional for further explanation of the options that will help in selecting the best for you. Also in general since enamel helps in protecting teeth from decay, people who are deficient need to maintain good oral hygiene practices like brushing twice daily and use of a non alcoholic mouthwash.
