Sir today I have done scaling and polishing my teeth but then also my many of teeth color did not change to white

Scaling is done for removing the plaque/ tartar deposits on your tooth. That will not change the original color of the tooth.
If you wish to go for whiter teeth. Scaling wont help. Consider bleaching.
