Scaling will only remove extrinsic stains.  For intrinsic stains you will need to go for professional teeth bleaching

Clinical examination is necessary to rule out cause and according to that treatment options should be made... For mild flurosis, teeth whitening can be done... For severe flurosis then you need to go for composite laminates

Undergo bleaching only if it is necessary

Hi Adult teeth will be slight yellowish . After scaling if u feel still yellow you can go for teeth whitening. As a home remedy, take vinegar ,lime,baking soda and apply the paste for 5 mins once in 15 days .

Looks like it's the natural color of your teeth. But still if you want them to get really white then you have to place laminates.... Or bleaching...
