Hello sir... 1.clean the tartar by scaling 2.chipped tooth can be treated by composite build up.. 3.yellow tooth may be due to stains or some deposits or a nature colour of the tooth...it it is due to deposits or stains scaling will helps to remove it...otherwise teeth bleaching can be done 4.crooked lateral incisor can be treated by orthodontic management... follow the treatment in this order

1.Cleaning 2. Building up of lower incisor with composite 3. Whitening for front teeth. 4. Rct and cap over crooked lateral incisor.

Cleaning of all the teeth then bleaching and correction of chipped tooth later correction of crooked tooth  visit dentist for treatment
