Painkillers provide only a temporary relief and extraction is not the solution. so many advancements have come that a tooth can be saved. And it can be saved only if the patient is willing to save it with proper dedication.

Please consult it with an endodontist and get the tooth saved by doing RCT ,if required post and core is also done in case the tooth structure is very less.

Plz go to Dentist  and have Root  canal done.In case of intense pain you can take KETOROL-DT which is dispersable tablet.

Hello, you can do salt water rinses, this will help to relieve your pain. you need to visit the dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done. If there is a cavity, get it filled. If there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. Then get a crown placed over it.

Hi. If you have a cavity in your tooth then plz go to an endodontist who will take an x ray and try to save the tooth by RCT  ( root canal). Getting the teeth extracted at this age is not advisable unless it's grossly decayed or broken. Pain occurs when the caries  reach the nerve. So once the first sitting of root canal is done you will get relief from pain. The dentist will also advise you antibiotics and painkillers. Painkillers would only provide you temporary relief. Treatment is must.

Please visit a dentist and get it evaluated. If it can be saved by doing a root canal, then that should be your first option rather than extraction.
