I had a filling on right top side teeth. But doctor has not used any uv light for hardening. Whether is it a temporary filling or permanent filling.

There are different types of permanent fillings. So doctor might have done a different permanent filling which doesn't require UV light. Better ask your treating doctor.

All permanent fillings do not need dental curing lights. The dentist must have used a self curing filling material for your permanent filling. Or he/she might have done a temporary filling. For confirmation you need to ask your dentist about the same.
