Don’t spit for atleast 24 hours after your extraction You can brush gently over the area Continue soft food but not hot for atleast 24 hours post extraction

Do not spit/rinse for 24 hours and swallow everything. Do not gargle or use staw to drink for 24 hours.Have ice cream after an hour of extraction. Do not eat hard, hot and spicy food for 3 to 4 days, instead eat cold,soft/semi solid food.Avoid smoking. You can do warm saline rinses thrice a day but after 24 hours of extraction. Avoid viggorous brushing/rinsing for the 1st 24 hours of extraction site.

Hi, For 24 hours after a tooth extraction do not spit. Brushing can be done but avoid contact of the brush at the extraction point for the next 3 days. Avoid hot and spicy food for 24 hours after extraction.
