Hi, My daughter gets irregular periods, can nutrition help specifically? I know it takes time but i want to change n stop all hormones she needs, shes just 14 please give genuine reply.. thank you

Hi mam It does take 6 months to almost a year or year and a half for teenager to get her periods after coming of age.
