Please I already received an answer for this but which milk can I take daily, am a mother of 9 months twins not breastfeeding but I feel so tired and weak everyday because we have no help just me and my husband so please which milk is good to take

Get your thyroid and haemoglobin checked. May be u are having Anemia or hypothyroidism that is causing u to feel extreme tiredness. Any good quality cow milk u can have. Now organic cow milk is also available
