It looks like third molar also known as wisdom teeth, trying to erupt. You haven’t specified your age. Typically erupt between the ages of 17 and 25, although the timing can vary, and some people may have teeth erupt later, in their late 20s or even 30s. Potential for impaction: If the mouth is too crowded, the wisdom teeth may not be able to erupt correctly, becoming partially or fully impacted. Meaning they are unable to erupt ( or coming out) properly causing pain and swelling of the gum.
Next Steps
Take an x ray ( RVG/ OPG ) for better understanding of the teeth position and other potential causes if any. If the position is normal, you should get relieved within a few days if not you may need to get the tooth extracted.
Health Tips
Stop smoking . Avoid hot compression.

Looks like inflammation around partially erupted wisdom tooth. Since you are only 19 years old ,it may erupt ,but clinically there doesn't seem to be adequate space for it to erupt completely. Please visit nearby dentist for radiographic and clinical examination ,if inflammation persists will need removal.
Next Steps
Schedule a dental evaluation
Health Tips
Warm saline gargle will ease pain in the interim and flush clean the area

Hi sir , although the image is not clear within that specific region, this seems to be a case of what we call is a Pericoronitis (based on the region) but you said you did not have any restriction of mouth opening (usually occurs in long periods of infection) when the last teeth has not fully grown (what we call as an impaction) this may happen , although we need a Intra oral single teeth x ray to confirm if it's due to caries or this incompletely erupted tooth.
Next Steps
take an dental x ray /RVG which is a singe teeth x ray of that region. Secondly take  a course (that is 5 days ) of anti-inflammatory and anti biotics that Doctor may advice
Health Tips
usually the home remedy is using salt in warm water and gargle or the second step is using an mouthwash
