Tooth cavity can be restored if there are no signs and symptoms it does not need a xray. For swollen gum around the cavity massage with Metrohex DG gel or Clorni gel thrice daily for a week. Do warm saline rinses between meals

Stop using that side first of all. Start with keeping it clean so that no food particles are stuck in the fractured tooth. And start with the course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
Next Steps
As soon as lockdown is over get it checked.
