Swelling in body mainly both foots

Acute bipedal edema(mainly), and mildly all body. All tests done, RFT, LFT, ASO RF factor throat swab ECG echo ( as aso positive in childhood taken benzathine penicillin for 2 month and discontinued), Thyroid profile, lipid profile, bld glu, CRP, ESR ect all within normal limits. "Only IgE increased 272 ( normal range<200) " Swelling subsidies on diuretics but mild increase from today after 5 days of diuretics. What may the problem? Pls help 🙏

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like bipedal edema. Edema is 2 type as pitting and non Pitting type . so need history more to clear about it . For swelling with out cause systemic infection as Tab Seratopeptidase 5 mg 2 time per day for 3 day after food for swelling .
