TSH level of 7.5 mIU/L indicates that your
thyroid gland is working harder than normal to produce enough hormones, a condition often called Subclinical Hypothyroidism. Clinically, we don't always start medication immediately at this level. If your actual thyroid hormone levels (Free T3 and Free T4) are within the normal range and you don't have significant symptoms like extreme fatigue, sudden weight gain, or irregular periods, we may choose to monitor the levels instead of starting lifelong medication."
