I have taken a blood test today and I got the results as follows: Blood Sugar (F) - 163mgs% (Range: 70-110)* Blood Sugar (PP) - 231mgs% (Range: 80-160)* HbA1C - 8% (Range Normal: Less than 5.7)* (Range Pre-diabetes: 5.7-6.4)* (Range Diabetes: More than 6.5)* Mean Blood Glucose (MBG) - 183mgs% (Range: 65-135)* *Ranges as per the test centre where I took the test Is it possible to reduce all these levels to normal range? If so how can I do it? Kindly suggest me the best way. Thanks in advance.

You can start on lifestyle modification and diet,you are diabetic. Don’t worry it can be controlled. You need to start on medications. Consult me on Practo phone.
