Suggested meaxon gold for b12 deficiency

I took complete vitamin screening and b12 came out to be 192 only. The doctor suggested that I take meaxon gold injection every 2 weeks. When I see its usage, it shows follic acid in pregnancy, skin blisters n all. Is this the correct injection?
