2hr postprandial sugar level below 140 is absolutely normal nothing to worry about. Do check your fasting sugar level in the morning and further consult with your results

A post-meal sugar level of 118 mg/dL at 6 PM is within the normal range for most individuals. Generally, postprandial (after eating) blood sugar levels should be below 140 mg/dL. However, regular monitoring is essential, especially if you have risk factors for prediabetes or diabetes. To maintain stable sugar levels: Choose whole grains over refined carbs Add protein and fiber to meals (lentils, nuts, vegetables) Stay active—light walks after meals help regulate glucose Monitor fasting sugar levels for a complete picture If you have concerns about diabetes risk or sugar fluctuations, consult with me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two.
