Hello Doctor, Four month I came to know, have pre diabetic. That time PP wa 179. And Hba1c was 6.3. I stop taking all kind of sweets and rice potatoes etc. But still my fast glucose was increasing 106->113->120.74. I realized I am not doing physical activity. I have started doing that as well from last 2 months (11km outside cycling 6 km walking and 20 min experience) I became 82 kg to now 74 kg. But sugar level getting down very slow like 120.74->117.75->115.24. Am i on track? Or I am missing to do anything. Progress is very slow. Help me if I need to do anything else. I don't want any medication.

Keep doing what you have been doing so far. Your 11 km cycling (2 and a half hour), 6 km walk (1 to 1and a half hour, and 20 minutes exercise). This is 4-5 hours job. Let it be your lifestyle. Diabetes control by exercise is slow and steady. But it is permanent. Please have patience and keep on doing your physical activity. Get Blood sugar and HbA1c done after 3 months.
