Pain may be due to fracture of tooth aur irreversible pulpitis. You should visit a dentist to get it diagnosed and treated accordingly. Probably the treatment will be root canal therapy which has excellent prognosis.

Hi,There could be a decay in the tooth & hence your tooth broke.Take painkillers for pain relief & visit a dentist as the cavity is deep which may require root canal. A x ray has to be taken before starting the treatment.

Mostly if the tooth has broken without any unnecessary trauma /Blow ,that means it already had a cavity which just caved in now.You need to show it to a dentist ASAP ,as the more you delay the chances are you will need more extensive treatment .If it isnt infected and the nerve is not open/ exposed there is a chance you may be able to get away with just a filling so pls get it done at the earliest .
