3 Years is too long to suffer from an issue that is curable. Please get assessment of your wisdom tooth done and remove it.

This is due to infection in areas around impacted wisdom tooth.. get your X ray done.. consult your dentist ... till then you should try to keep this area clean.. even small amount of debris may aggravate pain..
