Hi. You have told that u have over thinking and it creates disturbance for you. When Ur alone daily spend 30 mins of colouring any pictures. Try to use many colours in one picture. Eat lots of fruits frequently. Walk a far distance till u can. If these dont help you then ur issue is in chronic state and hence u have to see a psychologist and they will give therapy and exercises. Try to sleep 8hrs in night regularly.
