Physio in form of IFT and usg massage might help. Muscle relaxant and mild painkillers might help. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury and buldge. Once pain settles do neck muscle strengthening exercises. Consult orthopaedic dr in person or online to get prescription to avoid any allergy or drug interactions
