When I study and mug up something I just can't concentrate on one letter of word my eyes keep moving from one letter to another and I can't concentrate... What should I do..

The inability to concentrate can simply be because of anxiety which is very normal during exams. The inability to focus on just one word or sentence might be because of this urge to complete everything so quickly. Don't worry, try to study calmly and try to understand things before memorising. If you still aren't able to concentrate, consult a psychiatrist for evaluation.

Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every case.Also there is need to go for mental status examination of every case to have a diagnosis.Management should be according to the diagnosis. In your case, how long is your problem? Has it interfered with your academic performance? Do take the help also of an ENT specialist in addition to the consultation from a mental health professional. Do Yoga exercises. Take adequate sleep.
