Stress fracture Tibia

I have a stress fracture in my tibia. Is it normal for extreme pain one day and almost no pain the next? This is the 3rd week.

Possible but stress fractures are serious than normal fractures. Get it treated adequately else it will cause union problems. Share xrays.
