Hi.. The solution in such cases depends on the concerned person's willingness to change their own approach and behaviour because that is what is actually in their control.
We don't control how other people think or behave. How much control do we have on our own thoughts & behaviour? So just think how can we control other person's thinking or behaviour?
Individual Counselling may help you understand your own priorities, thoughts, & emotions better. Which in-turn will help you deal with this situation more effectively. If your husband is willing, Couple Therapy or Marital Counselling will work best, but both of you must mutually agree on taking therapy from a Psychologist/Counsellor. Choosing a mutually accepted professional is a must for Couple Therapy/ Marital Counselling.
Remember, there are no perfect partners or perfect marriages. It is the efforts and willingness to take joint responsibility that keeps a relationship/marriage alive and functioning.
Next Steps
