There are NO medicines which are free from side effects. Contrary to popular belief, ayurvedic and homeopathic medicines also have side effects!

Hello Sir Thanks for seeking help in Practo. We have ayurvedic medicine for anxiety and many procedures also. As you concerned about side effects, would try to suggest that please don't use medication at all for anxiety unless it's very severe. Try to learn relaxation techniques and Cognitive behaviour therapy, which usually address our root causes and are highly effective.
Next Steps
Counselling and medicine means , we provide you fish when you ate hungry but in therapy we teach you how to catch the fish. So that you will prevent it in future too without any help.
Health Tips
In Practo we have ayurvedic specialist, I hope soon they will be in touch with you.

Instead of any kind of medication, I suggest you to consult a psychologist to overcome this issue..
